1. Requirement specifications
Paraster¨s consultants travel to the client site to understand
client¨s requirements and expectations. Client¨s current practices,
feature requirements, data definitions, business constraints,
objective functions, etc. are documented as detail as possible.
This document will be presented to the client at the end of
the specification task. The client needs to approve the specification
document before the next phase may be started.
The requirement specification task is provided on a time and
material basis.
2. Project plan
and estimate
Based on the approved requirement specifications, Paraster,
Inc. will present the client with an accurate estimate and
project plan. Normally, there are two types of estimate: fixed
cost and time and material. The client may choose either one
for the project.
Paraster, Inc.¨s estimate covers time required for each phase
of the development: architecture design and functional design,
prototype development, feature development and delivery, acceptance
testing, and deployment.
After the client has approved the project plan and a purchase
order is issued, Paraster will assign highly qualified and
experienced consultants to execute the project plan.
